Dear team,

I have filed tdr as per trailing mail as shatabdi from chandigarh to delhi was delayed by 1hour 10 min.

The arrival time of shatabdi at delhi is 15.35 hrs and actually reache ndls at 16.45 hrs. On dec.30, 2017.

Consequently, i was not able to board the mumbai rajdhani on dec.30, 2017 as rajdhani left at schedule time.

Requested to refund my ticket amount as per tdr filed in trailing mail.

Shatabdi pnr [protected] train 12046 doj 30-12=2017 c8-10 and name is prakash thube.
