Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — reservation failed but amount debited.

I tried to book railway reservation tickets through irctc online e-ticketing facility on 2nd september 2017. During the booking process due to some network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. When i checked my account balance on the same day, the money has been debited by irctc. I request you to take necessary action and get my money back at the earliest.

Hello i booked my ticket online of 3 people from SIOB to BVI ON 31st July in train Bhuj ac superfast exp, but apparently the train Got cancelled, but the money is not credited back in the account even after 1month

Please help me forward
