I'm really disappointed by the service of service centre. I have submitted my phone on 31/8/2016 and now 2 months are going to pass they didn't return it. I'm not understanding that how a "american company" will face a problem in providing the spare parts of their own newly launched phone. Please it's an humble request to the consumer care of infocus to look after my problem. I hope my phone will be in my hand as soon as possible.

There are multiple problems with this phone infocus m2 3g. The phone often freezes while exiting from mx player and the only solution becomes is hard reset. There is an option of software update but there has not been any delivery of an update package by the company. Thus the phone is stuck at the factory software package. There is a high lag of operation even with 400+ mb free. The only solution i would recommend is for an update package....
