Payumoney — deducted money from debit card but not received by irctc On sep 23, 2017 I am a customer i have booked a ticket on irctc through master card i have paid the amount rs. 453.00 through payu irctc payment gateway. I have tried to booking a railway ticket in the IRCtc on 24/09/2017 . The amount Rs 633.17 has deducted from my citi bank credit card But there is no ticket show in the list of boked history. So please consider the case and refund it my same account My transaction ref no [protected]
