Had to cancel the membership after reading very poor reviews of the company and the scams it does (Now realizing the same). Applied for cancellation and got reply too from them (Attached below) in which arbitrarily 5000 inr are deducted. No issue with this but remaining amount still not refunded. I realized that we have become the victim of misselling by magic holidays sales staff who pressurised us for taking the membership without ex planning the terms and conditions.
