On 24 mar 2016 i found unable operate right side window glass and approached r n s motors at vijayapur karnataka. I was told the subject switch needs to be replaced. The subject item was replaced at the cost of rs1713/-

cheating in engine repair

This is second time i'm complaining about the same car as they called me and asked my problem and never bothered to call me back againpathetic experience with so called india’s most reliable brand. Ciaz zdi+ hybrid stopped working all of a sudden and did not start

I bought ciaz zdi+ on 29th june 2016.

Within 1 month from purchase the plug of the right side projector head lamp got burnt. Then i had constant issues with the music system which i even highlighted in 2nd and 3rd service. Then the floor light got fused. The car's horn plug was also got burnt. Delay in delivery of new dzire vxi

I writing this complaint with atmost disappointment. I have pre-booked new dzire vxi on 27 april 2017 based on the committment from the dealer that it will be delivered within 6 to 8 weeks from the date of booking. I have booked my car at wonder cars, midc, pimpri-chinchwad.

New dzire launched by mid of may2017 and the dealer promised to deliver by 2 nd week of june. From then on, i have been waiting...

Service and bill

I have a ciaz car. I go to lovely autos jalandhar for its service on 5/7/17. The behavior of staff is not good there i complained about its door but
Nobody is possible to solve the problem. Moreover they charge the full amount o sevicevia job card no jc17079318 and they dont give me bill of this.

My swift car caught fire while driving

Problem with no delivery

I booked cellerio zxi optional one month ago but could not get it delivered till date. Although i decided my mind to go for other brand but i thought that i should complain about reckless and ignorance of the employees towards customers. If you cannot deliver the product please do not book either or let your showrooms know that you cannot give delivery.

Suspension issue with baleno

The maruthi's most happening premium segment vehicle called baleno had very big issue with it's suspension. People inside can feel every small humps/holes on road, even if vehicle passed on a small stone which cannot be feeled in autoriksha can be feeled in premium segment baleno.
