My son jai sharma had purchased maruti s-cross delta model in june 2017 from nexa motors janak puri new delhi 58. Hardly 16 months have elapsed and the vehicle has covered approx 40, 000 kms that yesterday by gods grace he survived what could have been an accident. I have complaint many time with customer care @, [protected]@maruthi.co.in, no responce properly crm : [protected] and even i contacted to customer care regarding the invoice said contact to dealer.

I have called to pratham motors pvt ltd. Wrong no. Updated that is[protected], & 2 more no. Taken from customer [protected],
[protected], both no. Also not working.

I have urgency to take the invoice latter...

Dear sir, i sent vehicle for general services and for small complaints at padmaja commercial corporations for last two times. They even not checked complaints and not even made trail for 100 meter so they will know vehicles complaints
Now it was the issue that vehicle was not moving and having jerky movements when we cross 30kmph speed and very much imbalanced
