I buy Maxx Mobile & within 15 days, some function is not working as well as Auto switch off my phone.

I have visit two to three times to service center as well as inform to all Maxx service chanel from service center to area manger to Region manager but nobody will be solve my issue.

I heartly totally dissatisfied with MAXX Mobile & it's People working with Maxx.

I was purchased a maxx mobile mx475 on the date of 09.01.2011. It is not working properly always it shows insert Sim and its bluetooth is also not working and data cable system is also not working i approach service center also they were taken my mobile for 2 days and said rectified my problem through repair.But there is the same problem it have. that's why i want new mobile.kindly...

I have recently bought a new Maxx GC 355 Mobile.

Every time when i try to access any web page through WAP it throws error Insufficient Memory even for very small size web pages.

I have submitted this complaint through Maxx web portal also I have emailed them.

But till today there is no response from them. Till date I have not seen such a worst customer care.

The complaint is regarding a handset MQ868 from Maxx Mobile.
I purchased it on 16th Oct 2010 & after 20 days it is gone to Service center.
I had to pay for broken display & swollen battery was replaced, though it was 20 days old.
When i received the handset in Dec. 2010 after 1 month, it's display was fixed wrongly.
So again it went to service center within a day.

The mobile gets switched...

I had purchased maxx MQ340 mobile phone. I have already taken this hanset 3 time to their authorised service center as I conitnously face the same problem. The phone is again not working and the problem still remains the same. The phone automatically hanged and not work properly the keypad.

The service center have always corrected the set but in the past 4 months I have already been to them 3 times....

I am tushar wadhe from jalgaon (maharashtra)I buy maxx mobile on 23/07/20120 and within 10 days it get hang problem.I submit my handset at jalgaon service center .they teold me my handset has software problem .there is no software in service cente and website maxxmobile.in has technical problem hense we can not download software from it ( I am also watching technical error of site from 24/07/2010 how funny that mobile company site ad error...

Due to some technical problem i have shown this mobile to thane service center on 16th july10,
They have reported that it is in dead condition & they have to keep it for servicing at more than a week day.

Again same problem crop up on 12th August,10. Till today i haven't received it...

I bought Maxx mobile on 15.05.10 since then the mobile is not working properly and recently on 10.07.10 the LED display formed an crack and stopped functioning. I visited the Maxx service centre " manjunatha communications, Akkayapalem main road, Visakhapatnam on 18.07.10 and inquired about the repair as the mobile set comes under warranty. the service personnel said it will attract an service charge of Rs 850/-...
