I have purchased a Micromax canvas knight 2 E471 mobile phone through internet with invoice date 03.12.2015. After receiving I found that the voice of the mobile is not working. I gave complaint with reference no.-SER[protected], but did not get any response. Further I complained with ref. no.SER[protected], and also didnot get any response. Further I contacted through costomer care no, and after lots of effort and tension it was replaced....

Like if we play a movie only half of movie is playing, if suppose there are 500 photos its showing only 300 only.

I have dialer problem, as my dialer is not working properly...
Whenever i make outgoing call it shows screen like in above video for 2-4 times, then it make call & sometimes it do not call even after 5 - 10 times try.

I am in very difficultly as i am not able with this great phone...

i bought new canvas juice 2 mobile on 4th april 16, but after 1 week touch screen has occured problem & outgoing calls started going directly. also phone getting hot. so i gave phone to service centre they update software. but after 2 days same problem continue & cell get more slow. finally on 23rd april 16 i again visited service centre, they told me to keep cell with them from repair with assurance to return in 10 days....
