Micromax is a hypocrite company says nothing like anything . yeah right its nothing.

I gave my phone micromax a290 in the service center for repair because there was some software issue. It took 2 weeks they gave me a phone who's whole body was damaged i told them and tgey replied that it has came from company.
And the battery my battery before the issue used get full charge in 1 and a half hour now it takes 3 hours...
