Sir I have purchased a micromax phone after few month there was a problem in touch screen .we went to service center that is located in m/s Support media B.T.ROAD KOLKATA and they given a recipet (no E[protected]) Dated on 12th June'15 and now when i am callling to know abt the status still now they are not picking up the phone, if somebody picked up the call and said it will take time ..please help up to solve the problem......
