Hi I tried to recharge my Airtel mobile on 19-May-2014. Money deducted but phone not recharged. I tried contacting their customer care over phone but the number was switched off. ebay is having Mobikwik as one of the payment partners, and using a promo code gives a 10% discount. Hence added balance to Mobikwik and tried paying in ebay.in, and the payment is coming unsuccessful since yesterday. Now the payment is also not done, and an amount of Rs.6075/- is stuck in Mobikwik wallet. Cannot get a refund as well. Please help....

I did a transfer of Rs 5000/- on 26 may 2014 . Transaction Id[protected].

But the amount did not show in the mobikwik wallet. I opened a Ticket #742216 but I haven't received any response yet.

Also I'm not able to find a phone no to call their support.

Either re charge the wallet with 5000/- or return the amount . at least reply to the ticket or my email

I had tried to Recharge a mobile number by trying to add money to my wallet from my debit card.
