I found insect in cadbury Dairy milk today, check once before you eat.It was manufactured in march 2021.

Kindly note that there is no executive of Cadbury visiting our shop for order since many days. We are calling your executive for your product order but they are not responding at all. Is this your service. They are not taking order and supplying Cadbury products to us. Kindly look into the matter and do needful.

I had ordered a rakshabandhan gift hamper with order number:610159 on 5th of august and estimated delivery date was 12th august. Its 19th now and the product is not yet delivered and their has been no update regarding status of the order.

I have written numerous email but have received no reply. Have tried to contact customer care but the number given on the website doesnt work. It all feels like an elaborate scam....

I had purchased this Dairy milk chocolate from local shop in Andheri (Mumbai) and found the same in rottened and fungused condition (Photograph attached)

I had bought this chocolate on 03/08/21 and Manufacturing date on packet was mentioned 04/2021 (Photograph attached)

Kindly look into the matter since it is very shocking and now we have to think twice before purchasing such product...

I placed and order of dry fruit chocolate pack today 17th August at 12pm but I want to cancel this order so I requested cancellation at 5 pm . But didn't get any response from them. Also according to their policy, order won't be cancelled after 24 hours . I have mailed cadbury thrice. Still not a single response....

The distributor of Cadbury in my locality the Mauranipur Jhansi Uttar Pradesh, 284204 is not coming to my shop 'Babba ki dukan'.
Please tell the distributor to visit my shop to take order for Cadbury items.

We purchased a bunch of 5star chocolates last week. Yesterday while eating one of the chocolate, there was a sharp metal piece inside the chocolate. My mom was able to luckily detect it and she quickly spat it out.
Had the kids in the family been eating this, this would have turned out to be a disaster. The metal piece was sharp and could have easily caused internal bleeding.br...

Brought it yesterday. It has a pkg date of Match 21. After opening, there was a foul oily odor coming from it. The inner packaging was very oily, so much so that it came in my hands as well. Found it not suitable for consumption. The company must look into this and provide a solution....

My 9 year old daughter took out the seal packet from refrigerator and opened it, i saw her eating and i too went as we love chocolates.
I saw fungus type ( pics attached) all across the chocolate.

I m literally stunned on the product & i hereby want to complaint. My daughter has already ate few pieces. What about that ???...

The product got small small holes in it.wtf is this I don't know it has a worms or not why there is small holes every where some are whitish holes.what type of products are you making. I'm very very dissatisfied in it.make a good product so people can eat just don't make money.focus on quality not quantity.take it serious guys if a child consumes it if he gets sick.### man Cadbury is making worst products nowadays....

I have purchased 3 diary milk Roasted alomond chocolates worth Rs.80 each and found each one has coating of an oil and it is not in an consumable condition...

Fridge alloted to my shop is not working since Feburary, I called many a times to distributor also technician came to see it. But no action has beed taken yet.And when I stop keeping chocolate in that fridge they object it. If this continues I will stop selling Cadbury Items....

I opened a pack of Dairy Milk on 11th August, there was a white dead worm on the chocolate and fuzzy webs on the chocolate bar....

I placed an order on 21/07/2021 with order ID[protected] but I have not received the product yet. The delivery person came on 25/07/2021 and asked for OTP, which I have not received and he refused to deliver the product. I had bought dairy milk silk (roast almond) chocolate (80rs pack) yesterday and keep in refrigerator past 24hrs. Now only I have opened and tasted.. Its gives me some bad oil smell and taste also.. Total chocolate taste also changed and almonds taste like bad.. Bad taste..
