Hi, I am Krishna Prasad PSN from Visakhapatnam. On 2nd Sep 2014 between 10AM to 11AM someone called me and congratulated me for using Citibank Credit Card and they wanted to give me some special offers for the best user of Credit Card. They offered me 1. Lifetime Membership - India’s First Online Deals Card. 2. You also get “Choose your Free Gift” voucher comprising of branded gift worth Rs 10000 absolutely free. 3. One Indian Holiday Vouchers for 2 Nights & 3 Days and One International Holiday Voucher for 2 Nights & 3 Days They told my name and first 4 digits of my card number. They informed about money but I clearly told her that I'm not interested and don't debit any amount from my card. But she tried to convince me and she told me that they are calling from credit card VISA/Master department. She told me that don't worry about your money just will hold your money, first receive "Welcome kit" from us then check it then if you are not interested then asked me to give a call back for cancellation for refund. She promised me that she will give refund of my money if I'm not interested. So finally I believed that she is from citi Bank or one of the Citi Bank partner because earlier also I got calls from citi bank partners TATA AIG and New india Assurance. Then she said that his senior manager will talk to me to confirm and explain the payment details. His manager wanted to put me in IVR and asked to get the OTP required to make the payments then I provided my CC details and OTP for confirmation. Giving all these details someone withdrew Rs. 7, 990/- from my Credit Card making me believe that they associate with the Citi Bank. She told me that she will send an e-mail and she asked me to give a reply with my mailing address for receiving the welcome kit. After 3 days before receiving the "Welcome Kit" I called them (Ph no:[protected] for cancellation but again they asked me to wait for Welcome Kit. I got it on 10/09/2014 but I'm not interested then immediately I called them (Ph no:[protected] for refund but they told me that there is no cancellation policy and they won't give refund. On 11/09/2014 I sent back through SPEED POST Tracking ID: EN[protected]IN to the Address: "C Group & Technologies" RZ-11, 2nd Floor, Mahindra Park, Main Pankha Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 but on 22/Sep/2014 I got it back because of insufficient address. I cleared amount for my card on 01/09/2014 then next day 02/09/2014 I got call from them and this transaction was done. How they got my name, phone number and first 4 digits of my Citi Bank card? Why they told me that they are calling from credit VISA/Master department? Why they promised me that they will give refund if I'm not interested after receiving the welcome kit? Please find that guy who leaked this details and help me to get back my money. I've been calling them every other day and keep on asking for my refund.
