I purchased mufti jeans product "MFS-5717 20-TURQ" size XL from "Deep Enterprises Shop no 26, Model Town, Rohtak" on 28th March 2015 worth Rs 1699. After first wash i felt it tight from under arms. After next 2 washes i left the thought to wear it as it got shrinked. I purchased MUFTI products in past and those are very good. This time i am very much disappointed. This complain is regarding a false commitment which was given to me from mufti..i had purchased a pair of jeans and a shirt from a mufti store in bistupur, jamshedpur..at the time of purchase i was told i can exchange it from.any of the mufti stores across india..after coming back to kolkata my hometown i checked the size and otheri things..somehow i went to exchange it to a mufti store in camac street in kolkata..they refused to exchange...

I bought Mufti jeans from Sector-17 Chandigarh. I wore only once and During 1st wash only the cloth was torn/crushed/damaged and 2-3 holes appeared in the jeans. It is a manufacturing or cloth defect.
