Booked 2 tickets for Avatar Movie through Pvr mobile app. But after payment it is showing bad transaction. Tried 2 times already....

I bought PVR PASSPORT voucher . Voucher applicable from monday to friday. But while booking ticket it showing you already used this voucher today. But I didn’t booked any tickets....

I booked tickets yesterday at 6.30 PM 4 tickets at PVR Atrium. 720/- money got deducted from my account however they didn't give refund and I have to pay again for tickets in cash. Now they are making me run circles. No response whatsoever. Fake contact number provided of manager when asked at PVR Atrium. Need resolution in next 24 hours else I will contact police for this nuisance fraud...

I went to the PVR Ansal Plaza recently and the booking was cancelled as we reached the entry gates without any prior information. The cancellation caused the loss of time and effort which we made unnecessarily. Hence we request for the refund from their end and the adequate compensation for the loss of time and effort. Dated 25/Dec/2022, we booked online tickets for Avtar2 at PVR Cinema Grand High Street, Hinjewadi Pune Show Time: 7:00 PM. One of your staff at food counter by the name Vipul was very rude and not professional while i ask for order during movie interval (7.15 pm show, Avatar) on 24 December 2022 at PVR Priya, Delhi. I ask feedback from from the duty manage and he replied that he will look after that but no feedback form was provided.
Please reply with resolution....

Hi, I had booked two tickets for 24.12.2022 on Friday that is on 23.12.2022., I had made payment through phone pe, at the first-time transaction failed, second time I tried then transaction was successful. on the second time booking it had taken ticket date as 23.12.2022 wrongly, I have not noticed the error & visited premises on 24.12.2022. At the time of entry, they did not let me in saying ticket is back dated, it was very embarrassing...

Watched Avatar 2 in 4DX 3D Screen at PVR Vega City Bangalore today. Movie time 10:35am but movie started at 11:15am. 40 mns of ads and nonsense trailers. Coming to the 4DX experience, firstly screen is too small, something like a home theatre and unfortunately we got the first row seats as it was a weekend. Distance between the screen and first row is so less that you have to lift your head up to watch the full screen. It's a neck paining...

There was a pathetic experience in your Thiruvananthapuram Lulu mall 4DX theatre. We were expecting more from your side. There is NO 4DX experienced in the auditorium. Water spraying, Wind, flash lights, smell, etc not activated. Only the seat drastic movement works.
