I was travelled from Aurangabad to Wakad on 03/06/2023 10PM R.S. 1452/-by Dolphin travel house (108) Aurangabad. I booked my ticket from REDBUS APP. REDBUS ticket did not have GST INVOICE.

The payment has been debited from my end and credited into your account but the system failed and the ticket was not issued.

I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 29 July 2023(Ticket number (TIN): TS8T70879189 from Ahmednagar to Hyderabad for dated 29 July 2023 that ticket amount was 1564/- Rs. and cancelled it on 29 May.

I booked a ticket from New Delhi to Dehradun on 11 July 2023 for Rs625 the amount was deducted from my bank account and the seat was also booked.But after couple of hours the bus conductor called saying that the bus is cancelled and I would instantly get my refund.
