My Order number is 10587045. I have received defective coral worth Rs 8139/- and complaint N number of times for the Pick up and refund but they do not care at all neither respond. This is so frustrating as no action is taken from rediff executives....

I Have ordered Product Classic Car Body Cover of Rs :649/- through order id: 10227209, but It was delivered with wrong size so i have returned the product raising request for refund on august 18th. I have got mail on august 26th saying both my product amount and courier charges will be refunded. But only courier charges are refunded not the product amount.
