Hello sir/madam, I'm using Reliance Gsm sim. I'm living in delhi city. my mobile shows Roaming Notification unnecessarily and I couldn't make calls when roaming symbol appears. I haven't change circle i.e. cellular network circle(delhi circle). When I tried to contact customer care, they accept that it's a technical problem but they don't take my complaint. I also tried to talk with Customer Care Supervisor but as usual they are always busy..!!!...

I have recharged on 20/10/2015 at 10.13 AM. via mobile recharge of Rs. 50/- and received it immideately, after some time my balance was Rs.0/-, my mobile no. is [protected], when i tried to call 198 i was not able to talk to customer care, please help me out...please acknowledge my receipt and do the favor. thankyou...

They have deducted my 7 rs balance from my mobile no - [protected], without any notification, when i asked them they have said the it has been done by my side everytime it deduct the balance i want cosumer forum to take some prompt action against as soon as possible...

I have recharge with 193 in which i got unlimited 2G internet but after one Day Reliance automatically activate something and my data is gone. So i register a complaint[protected] on the service centre but my problem not solved they are saying your data is left because you activated a 3G plan so your 2G plan is left....

Hello we are a small ISP company and have given more than a DS3 ELL order to Reliance Communications Ltd, Odisha about 2-3 months ago but every time i ask about status they are telling that it will be further delayed due to material unavailability. and they also have not generated SO for few of our orders Now if as an ISP we are getting this kind of service what end customer will get?? i am thinking to surrender all my links form reliance...

Please save me from fraud reliance company. I am using this word because i can prove this. They have harassing me from last 3 months by making false usage in netconnect plan, calling on daily basis, every time a new executive calls and ask for the 3 months long story and at the end say they quote, i discuss with higher executive. Next day again a new executive calls and same series of events began. I am almost on the verge of getting mad....
