I had activated a plan on 20.08.2015 of Rs. 301/- on my reliance sim no. [protected] wherein the call rates were 1ps/sec and 6 GB 2G data for 3 months. On 18.10.2015 my balance was around 140 Rs. and next morning my balance is zero and it was shown that no data balance exists. Kindly look into the matter and refund my Rs. 140/- at the earliest and activate/resume my pack of Rs. 301 for the balance period. Regards!...

Reliance not unblocking my SMS service

I am not able to send SMS from my cell to any other cell. I am using Reliance for so many years. Reliance is not unblocking my SMS service on my cell. Firstly, they just blocked it without my notice because of a stupid reason that I am not actively using SMS service. Now, to unblock it, I have called Reliance Customer care 100s of times. They take the complaint, but never acted on it. I am still not able to send SMS to any other number....
