My User ID is[protected] Since the last 1 month my internet isn't working after 6pm to the next morning 8pm. I called up the customer care several times and gave numerous complaints and their executives just closed it without addressing it....

Dear concerned, I have requested many time for shifting my broadband connection but it still is pending .i made the FIrst complaint on 29 AUG 2015 AND AGAIN AT 9 OCT 2015 with complaint number[protected] and i was told that within 7 days it will be shifted as it is possible to do so...but even till today no progress has been done .
