Hi,

As I mentioned above my himalayan bike 2021 model purchased in the month end of February 2021 but I'm facing vibration issues in engine and getting very bad noise from the engine while riding

This is the second time I'm raising the complaint against my bike contiously I'm facing the issues in my bike

I'm very disappointed with this bike contiously facing the issues, and just 6months completed...

As i purchased Royal Enfield Himalayan BS6 from Royal Enfield - Roverz Motors, Puthiyakavu in 26 March 2021.

While delivering they not able to give me a good front visor .It was broke at the time of delivery.And they promise me maximum one week for getting it. But until now, after the purchase of 8 months I didn't get my front visor.still using broke visor in a new bike

We are here for bike service and there is power cut from past half an hour and i am shocked to see that there is no additional support for power in the agency now in this bad humid condition it is very daunting to stand over-here. Sorry to say but this is not a good way to give a service as the Royal Enfield company is a big brand. Kindly provide additional power support i:e Inverter, Dg set so that we will continue the service.

As i purchased a classic 350 signals storm riders in Nov 2020 from Monga Motors Near Namstey Chownk Karnal. After few days it starts missing and sensor issue in this. i had complained so many times . but no results comes. After repairing the sensor again same problems comes with missing problem too. After these many problems seal of main engeine is leaking and as always still your employees says no issue sir we will fix the seal.

I have booked royal Enfield Himalayan on 18 March 2021 and it's has been 5 months and no delivery made by the company.
The customer support is terrible and did not help consumer with any. When requested for a date for delivery all they reply is a template which is sent again n again and this is been going on for a month...

Top main lamp and head lamp not blowing .
Before 1st service also problem available.

Informed to show room peoples also.

After service also problem not solved.

Continuous running condition night time suddenly lamp not blowing it's possible to accident.
My family members feel very bad.

Vehicle quality very worst....

RE classic 350. Really fed up with the services. When I took bike for the 1st time, self start wasn't working. They did something and then it started luckily. After 1st service, again had same issue with self start along with that fuel sensor wasn't working properly. I took bike my bike twice to the service centre within a week and then they resolved it. I got my bike from Manmohan autos channdigarh, , i had gone for my bike service to there workshop & after waitinng for half hour the conncerned manager informed me that they ll start the service after half an hour more, , They had deliberatley kept me waitng till 11am & than informed me that it ll take time, , i beeɲ haviɲg problem with the bike but still the owner said that i should get it done from else where & now my bike engiɲe light...

I bought Thunderbird 350x on august 2019. It is still within warranty period and I have an issue with headlight. It was noticed that vapour is occouing after wet by rain. I took a picture of that on 22/08/2020 and shown to the service centre and requested to change the headlight. The Service manager has told me" the condensation is not that much to change it."
