As I booked a bike in the month on june and in the month of August I have received a call from the sales manager ( Pratik ) from S P WHEELS AGENCY IN VASAI stating that your bike has been delivered to the showroom.kindly make the payment and I will share you the bank details not I have received the bank details yet and I was ready to do so but inspite of multiple calls...

Service center persons have no knowledge what to do, they firstly remove one part (change oil) then hand over and then for second time they remove break cylinder and again my break fail, every time they charge for this but my bike is under warranty (purchase date 17 jan-21). Also they provide wrong information regarding warranty as break cylinder come under warranty but they told that it is not come under warranty
