I bought samsung galaxy s4 3.5 years back, and every year my battery swollen. Im a woking guy. So i dnt use phone while charging or overcharge. But what is wrong. This flagship galaxy s4 cost me 32000 rs. After tht the consumer seek a best quality produst. Im highly disappointed, the warrenty cover months but battery swelled up takes year in my case. God its my third battery., and is swollen so big. I followed every thing tht samsung service...

5 times complained nos.[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Dt14.5.17, 18.5, 26.5, 6.6, 15.7.17 respectively to there call center every time people came from there service station at baroda. But could not repair my ac instead created another problem in it charged rs.1100/- including service charges, spare parts, and cartage.
The complain was ac starts normal after cooling for 10 mts. The compressor stops and...

I am having a samsung double door refrigerator. It is not working for last one week. (Both freezer and bottom door). I reached out for the service centers but no response. Please do the necessary to avail the service men as soon as possible. The nearest service center near my home is at kottarakara, kollam, kerala. The same complaint has occured earlier and it took about 2 months for your men to attend the complaint....

As regular customer of samsung company they provided me the exclusive offer of samsung smart club but whenever i wish to use them there is no availability of coupons for example bookmyshow movie coupons. Last 1 month i have tried for these coupons but always showing there is no coupons try after some time. I had complaint about this matter but they regularlly mail me that as soon as the problem resolved we contact you and inform you....

I have 32gb samsung memory card which i bought 2 years ago and now it is not working properly... Time to time it itself form 1200 thousands of file which is not deletable even it cause many problem in working of my phone also. I am so frustated in having this memory card. Hi.. We have pre-booked samsung s8 mobile and was assured to get wireless charger. We have shared the invoice recieved from flipkart and other details, which we have requested but till date nothing has been done and infact samsung team has stop responding to the emails also.

They are very unprofesssional as we have raised complaints in samsung but not a single person has contacted us....

When charger is connected for charging, phone is automatically connecting and disconnecting charger and giving sound "to-dung — 2" since last one week.

The mobile also had a display problem when it was purchased and display was replaced (With in 20 days of purchase) at jamnagar.

Very bad product.
I think i had bad decision of purchasing samsung...

My micro oven has been given to coonoor service station past 10 days no response in giving back after repairing it, no pick up of the oven from my home is available, a service person found the day he attended the complaint but unfortunately they don"t have spares. Staff expressed spares to be brought but only god knows when this is resolved unfortunately iam having all the house hold items of samsung what is the solution please help me out...

Every time the samsung engineer comes and says to switch off the refrigerator...

As per discussion with engineer after registering the complaint nobody wants to visit only on telephone explaining and we are requesting to visit and check the samsung fully automatic machine. I've been following it up since april 04 after getting online delivery of samsung galaxy s8 mobile but pending to receive wireless charger still.

This type of response has not being expected from such a professional company that no resolution has been seen...

From nizamabad i am on 15/06/2017 i have purchased led smart tv on 16/06/2017 they have installed tv. After 2days on the screen black spots has occurs so i have complained to your samsung authority.

I hv a double door fridge of samsung worth (Inr-45000) nd i hv spent (Inr-20, 000) on its repair from last 3 months. I m highly fedup with ur services. My fridge is not a training instrument on which u people can be trained. I had purchased a 1 ton ac on 19th june from sathya agencies at krishnagiri and i was promised to do installation free of cost yesterday, however no one turned up, also understood that i have to pay extra for drilling a hole for installation, i fail to understand, installation means they have integrate the indoor unit and out door unit and show that is works.

Worst service from kolkata samsung service centre. Never call kolkata service centre [protected].. I called on dat no. On saturday at 8.36am regarding my washing machine outline pipe... N within 1 n half hr i got a call from [protected]. I told my problems which i was facing... So he said wil send a technician. N dat technician came at around 2pm. Opened all d parts n said something has to be changed... So he told me total cost wil be 3050...

M complaints many times but nobody solve my problem so my have request plz solve my problem regarding samsung j7prime because m purchase 2 month later from the starting in my phone have problem because when m used first time earphones one side ears bud not working and m used another headphones but same problem face..

I gave my mobile to change the display and rare penal. After 5 day i got msg as well as cal from the service centre. When after a long wait when they showed my repaired mobile in the first glance itself i notice screen was not fitted properly. I give back to repair it and contacted customer care to register a complaint on a priority basis. Even i made customer care supervisor to contact the service centre people reg the issue. They spoke....

I've given my mobile for warranty claim at samsung service at trichy those people refuse to do it and i contacted customer care there was no proper response so far they keep saying they will all me and toll now no one called and ice called them 4 times regarding this issue no proper reply for me my mobile is still at the service place and customer support didn't call me back regarding anything all the time i call them and keep explaining...
