I've given my mobile for warranty claim at samsung service at trichy those people refuse to do it and i contacted customer care there was no proper response so far they keep saying they will all me and toll now no one called and ice called them 4 times regarding this issue no proper reply for me my mobile is still at the service place and customer support didn't call me back regarding anything all the time i call them and keep explaining...

My sim got stuck in my samsung phone. The service centre girl at mira road (Fraslin), told me that the motherboard or pba must have got damaged & that it would cost us rs.7400 to get it repaired. I walked out and went to a nearby local shop, who removed the stuck sim card for free!

This mail is just to point out the ridiculous & the ineffecient service & staff of your service center....

Fire eminated from the refrigerator and it got burnt completely and also causing damages to other electronic appliances such as sony bravia led 42' television, sony home theater, lg split air conditioner, 2 nos. The samsung service centre guwahati (Rgb road) provided me with worst service.
A. 5th june 2017
B. 20th june 2017

My phone had the issue of just not charging. The only thing needed to be replaced was the charging port which costs around 500 rupees but on both these dates on my visit...

I had chatted online with samsung customer support representative & lodged my complaint on 14th june that my freezer had water droplets forming on the inside of the freezer compartment, near to the door, some of which was freezing into icecles. I was told to manually defrost the freezer for 4 hours, but defrosted it for almost 12 hours. Going back to the chatline the next day (15th) i informed the person on the other side that droplets were...

I have been complaining for a washing machine not letting water out for 2 weeks then a engineer came a day and took it for repair after which it came back after 2 days.
The very next hour i got a phone call to give feedback right that time, and they made me to do so by calling after every few minutes till they did not get the confirmation at their end.

I bought a samsung tab a last year in july 2016. After 5 or 6 months, tab started overheated and auto restart so i went to samsung service center, mathura. Where they said that there was a problem in motherboard and that will change in 2 or 3 days.

I have raised cases with samsung a lot of times and all you guys know is to resolve the case... I had pink display issue with my phone which is found in lot of s7 edge phones, since my display was cracked samsung said it cannot be claimed under warranty. Service engineer visited and told to arrange a new motor and visited after 10 days, but new motor was not working,
