I bought s8 plus which has many defects.
People be aware. Do not buy s8 plus.. It has many more manufacture defects. And samsung india is good in selling those manufacture defective products to the customers and will not take any responsibility of it.

I had a pink line on my screen which is common issue on s7edge since the screen was cracked on my phone and got it replaced in samsung service centre yelahanka and after that due to poor service and fake items from samsung my phone is malfunctioning the volume button and recent button is not working.. I am fed up of waiting for response. My phone is still under warranty. Worst product. Need my money back......

I did many time complaints for my mobile handset which is purchase before near about 2 month but till date my problem is not solve
Samsung executive call me but not solve my problem they are ignore my problem they are not clearly and not with respect talk with me.. so i want replacement of my Mobile handset

I was hijacked at gun point on the 15/06/2017 and thy did not only take my car, money but also my new s8 witch i only had for two weeks. I did try and track it but to no luck it cannot be tracked. What the hell the phone is registered and the gps tracking was on.

I am rohini raina i brought a samsung j7 on 28/11/2015 imie /seral [protected] at starting it has an issue of camera blur and scratch on camers mirror i visited the the service cnter and they told me tat it is a defected piece and u have to change it within 5-6 day after borrow and i told them please replace the phone with new 1 but they din'nt agrree without resoving they give it back to me bcoz i hv spend 150000 so i keep the phone...

I bought the new s8 samsung from poorvika chennai on 14/06/2017 and faced a lot of issues with the phone and called the customer care and checked the phone through remote and confirmed that the phone had hardware issues.

Informed me to go the service centre, i handed over the phone to the service centre and they said they will replace the phone.

When tried calling them no response so called the customer care...

-i had bought samsung s8 plus 128gb in samsung e shop with the emi payment as option with the icici credit card for rs 74900/- for 12 months.

-i got the statement from the bank saying to pay the full amount and i had called the samsung customer care saying the it had not converted to emi but they had informed me that it will be converted in 4 to 5 days but...

My j7prime (Sm-g610f) has charging drop issue. I am facing this problem from almost 5 months. It charges 94% than after it drops back to 90% i am already contacted samsung so many time's so many time's visited samsung carecentre almost 4/5 times
I leave my phone for repair in service centre so many times
