I purchased one Samsung evo 128 GB class 10 memory card on 6 Feb 2017. It was in working condition only for 4 days. Now it is not showing anything in file manager. I have called so many times your customer care no. But it's ringing for a while and suddenly disconnected. I want to replace the card as soon as possible please reply this massage. Please provide your valid customer care number......

It has been more than 2months, as the washing machine is not working properly and want it to state that the service of Samsung company is very much poor, as because more than 6time the persons of company use come but unfortunately doesn't use to reply in a proper manner as they want a commission from us .if such a huge company can't response than we are able to make awareness to the public about the services.and the persons also has given...

This is to write to about Samsung defective air conditioner and complaining samsung almost from last one month almost to 20 times. Having call from Samsung office nothing has turned up okay. Non of the samsung guy turned up for repair rather than only promising from samsung office. I hope atleast CEO office would be serious to handle the complaint. Employees at service centre are worst. the service at the centre is disaster.False commitments by employee vaishali and false verbal communications.My handset j7 has a prob of display which they can't repair as the parts are unavailable with them. for letting me know this it took one month and now the else process information is only given when you call.Pathetic employees..I will not recommend samsung to anyone because of the worst customer...

My phone is suddenly switched off on 27th jan 2017 (purchase date of the phone is 05.07.2016) one of the worst phone i even seen now days in samsung..

We Loged a complain With Samsung India Electronics, Kurla - W, Mumbai - 70, Ph 25138160, they said that company has out sourced services and gave contact of Smart Cool Services in malad, mumbai - 64, ph [protected]. I have a basic question on products under warranty.
My machine wasn't working and its still under warranty. The engineer came and identified an issue with the sensor. He seemed to be a beginner as he was always contacting his seniors over the phone for seeking help. He handled the machine quite unprofessionally, to uncover the parts or open them he damaged some parts of it as well.

I hv a s7 edge samsung phone.. there is a problem with d phone. It is getting heated.. The cammera is blur..The phone gets hanged if my application used..and battery drains out in few hrs.. Hi, i am from noida and raised my complaint for washing machine which was not working and under warranty on 22nd feb. 2017.

After that service engineer visited my home and inform about problem, without resolving it and change the accessories he just reverted to his service center team for close the complaint and shown it resolved.

I hereby going to state that, I have bought a Samsung LED TV (UA55F8000ARMXL) from KEJRIWAL STEEL CO., H.S. Road, Opp Hotel Natraj, Dibrugarh, Assam. After install the TV at home found that the some function is not working on the TV. As per Samsung concern person that the company has forgot to installed an internel mechanical unit in the TV.( Worth aprox Rs. 26000/-)
