I have a UA40J5100 40 inch led tv from Samsung within 1st week I noticed patches on display I ignored it once but then it started spreading like all the edges of the screen I filled a complaint and a engineer was arranged from Samsung he visited and told that it is common I asked him for replacement he refused and told it is against the policy and said it may be dust issue so they changed lcd panel again after one month or so same problem...

I purchased samsung s7 eage mobile on 19/06/16 and in Jun'16 it gets automatically battey low. Network not show.phone hung after every .30-1 hrs. I lodged the complaint at service centre 3 to 5 time jaipur but they are saying that they are not having its main board(PB) with them and whenever they get it from HO they will inform me but after repeated requests thy have not called me yet.Please guide me what to do.
