I have samsung A7 with mobile number [protected], which had sent to service after a week i bought, mobile is sent 4 times to service center, m still facing same problem, service center guys r not responding properly for my problem .
i will be higly obliged if company gives me replacement for my handset, as i think it is a faulty product .

It's been one month since I've given my sams7ng fridge for service at the Samsung authorised service center in kollam kerala india. Initially a technician came and fixed it and the complaint didn't get rectified . Then they sent another technician still the fridge wasn't cooling or functioning properly. Then they took it to their service center and there's not response from the service center or any news regarding the progress of the work...

I have purchased one Samsung j7 6 February 14 at poorvika mobiles in Chennai tvk Nagar..2nd day I can't use this phone properly fully hanging ..automatically phone is restarted..wen in move to poorvika same dealer they check my mobile and they easily reply sorry u go to service centre we can't handle it...in a 2nd day I'm very disappointed..pls rectify my problem till now I can't use properly very bad.....

I have purchased Samsung galaxy j2(2016) on[protected] and on 15 march 2017 my display not working and my handset is in warranty.so, I approached the service center.i told please repair my handset but they replied that no warranty for display

I have a Samsung washing machine serial no. W0285PBF102259D which i got repaired on 11th march 2017 for which I paid Rs. 4000/-. Since yesterday it is not working again. The service engineer visited and says it needs to be repaired again and it will cost Rs. 4000/- again and they cancelled my service request also. I now need my money to be refunded because I don't approve of such a service from Samsung.Awaiting a quick respo...

I have purchased samsung glaxy c9 pro on[protected] and unfortunately my display damaged i approched the service centre to replace the display . They told me about non availability of the part and wait for 5 days. After more then 20 days of waiting the part didnt available i have complained to samsung twice but no action has been taken what can i do

I hope everybody may aware of the previous conversation & history, I completely agree with you & Samsung policy.

But I am wearied badly why nobody is bother to follow, I believe everybody is paid for that.

If a courier person is an professional guy, Then he wouldn't have given my parcel to anybody ease without notices, Also Accepted person doesn't have sense of humor, Also she don't know should not accept others...

I purchased my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge on 8th Jan 2017 and at the time of purchase I was told that I have an offer of one time screen replacement at 990. Now my phone is struck up at service centre for screen replacement after crack on edge screen they are demanding 14500 to get the work done. More over I have my schedule flight to UK in another 2 days

Our washing machine is out of warranty. One day we found an error message and called up customer care.

This is Madhuri from Chittoor.. I bought Samsung t.v. 4 months ago in VIMSON showroom in chittoor..since 1 month our tv is not working properly. Samsung customer care people are so rude and they don't treat customers properly. Today they are telling me that it will take 20 more days for them to dispatch my mobile. I am interested to have to samsung electronic dealership in the gateway of kumaon ie halwani. I have space of around 1500 sq ft which will be able to cater complete stores whcih required to be supplied in kumaon region.in addition of above i would like to have authority to sell samsung product to the defence personnel's.
