I have registered my complaint several times and my latest complaint number is [protected] by calling Samsung customer care helpline number they are booking my complaints and i receive calls on daily basis but nothing has been done in this regard as i have some issue in my refrigerator double door my cooling evaporator is not functioning and same has to be replaced but it is very unfortunate that the above mentioned part is not been replaced...

I have been calling up samsung service customer care for my AC service .Saturday i had called twice and the care said they would be sending a person by afternoon 2..we waited till 5 but the person did'nt show up so i had again called the care and asked then they said within 2 hourse they will solve the issue and the reference number given on saturday is [protected] but no use, later i dailed up on sunday and they told sunday will be off.but...

I had given my cellphone for replacement of the broken lcd screen as on 03/01/2017 which was not covered under warranty on agreed price of 4500 for the replacement of my cell phone lcd screen but it has been two good months and the samsung contact center employees are playing the fool around and giving vague excuses and vague delivery dates which is not fulfilled. because of this i am feeling great inconvenience and i would need some assistance...

I have a branded memory cord and we're not working from the starting day.
From then i have been calling and mailing but no response have been given.
I kindly request you to return this product.

I buy samsung earphone ehs64 from nutan enterprise balasore, orissa on dt-23/11/2016.After 3 months o[censored]ses one day one side earphone is not giving output and the switch(volume &call) is not working.I go to samsung service center in indore for warranty claim, my earphone is physically ok just one ring is cut.They told its not in warranty cover.So i want to change it beacause its not my fault ok ring cut may be in pocket it done without knowing...

The thermostat of my fridge located in Mumbai was bad and service technician came to check around 24th Feb 2017 . The replacement part was shipped from Bangalore and took 10 days to arrive on 6th March 2017. After that I found that the technician had ordered the wrong part . Can somebody look into this this has become a joke .

I had registerd complaint for fridge repair on 22.2.17 In samsung service centre. One person name Imtiaze from Reliable services came on 23.2.15 And after checki g freeze change the dumper after taking carge of Rs.2650+350(visiting chArges). Subjected complaint was logged on 28th Feb, but till date no one has contacted for resolution, I have called 6 time at sumsang call center and every time I have been told that service engineer will call at registered mobile number. This is prthatic services from your Noida Service partner.
