This is regarding the request to reprocess the refund for Order no # [protected], as we have not received the same.

As per telephonic discussion with shopcj executive, the refund was attempted (NEFT Rs. 1348) on 09 Oct 2017 to the account no # [protected] (SBI, Harni Road)
However, when we checked with the bank it was found that the NEFT was returned and was not processed successfully...
