I have booked 1 pair of footwear of sukun footwear with COD payment mode.Order no 93521984.i received my item on[protected] & found both shoes are for singel leg. then i have complaining and as per shopclues confirmation that the item is out of stock.so i cancelled my order and my Return no is 2927893.on 29 june 2016 one shopclues delivery boy received my item (Refund I'd is 9917809) and told me that after few days later shopclues refund...

Dear sir,
I purchase reach mobile for shop clues but mobile defective received. 02 time defective mobile deliver but refund not provide and same third time defective mobile deliver and this time my return request reject due to call visit service centre but service centre locate distance above 40 km and we have immediate return request file so i request pl. Do the needful and provide refund.

This is the pathetic site to shop for. I ordered weardo captain america round neck men's t-shirt, but the product they delivered was totally different from what has been order. I would suggest everyone not to shop from this site. It was my worst experience.

I was informed that under my shopclues order no:[protected]ie for uro brand led bulbs 3 watt) ; the item is sent by shipment awp scp 21194606. but i received learning computer instead of led bulbs in the shipment parcel on 20july 2016.
Now i request you to take remideal action to send uro brand led bulbs 3 watt as per shopclues order no : 95253298 as early as possible. regards....

The main item an umbrella not supplied but other two item belt & money purse delivered and full payment done. After my complain to customer care, I get no result...

I have ordered one electric barbeque grill from shopclues and i receivced a defected item, i complaint the same about product to retailer and shopclues but retailer is not entertaining my call and whatsapp messages and shopclues is not ready to accept the return and they are not customer centric at all.

Request you to please look into the matter otherwise i'll approach consumer court and social sites to...

Mera samsung j7 mobile nahi chal raha h. Hamne isse 16- marc-16 ko shopclues se purches kiya tha abhi kuch days before ye apne aap switch ho jata tha lekin ab iski screen nahi show ho rahi h. Hmne isse service center pr dikhaya tha to unhone bataya iski display clali gai hai or rs-5000/- lagenge.

Few days ago i order stylish gun lighter but I received other product. I have my order screenshot and order bill. If shop clues not returne my order I will complain in court. My order no. 95272076....

I have booked 16 pc portable screwdriver set on 14 july 2016 with online payment mode. order id was 95208027. it on[protected] i got msg is unable to serviceability. i have complaining that i[censored] are not able to delivered my order to my pincode address. then why u booked my order. you should not book my order. and you also duducted 66 rs. with above order no. now u have cancelled my order. but till know i have not got my 66 rs. booked for...

Had ordered a item on 25th june 2016 paying in advance. Received acknowledgment that the product would be delivered by 9th july 2016. A mail was received with tracking details... But all false information.. When not received the order, wrote several mails to customer care asking clarification / status, only 1 reply on first mail was received saying will update the status in 48 hours. Now almost a week has passed and no response to my mails....

I purchased children's tent and received on 2nd.
First of all the quality of the product is very poor. Second it got damaged too. I have mentioned that quality of the product is very poor but they argued quality is good. They didn't take the product back.. This is the worst experience i have ever faced in online shopping..
