I am merchant with shopclues.
During the course of regular business many time issues arise and when we raise the issue, most of the time they just send the standard replies, without understanding the issue.
When they realise the fault is on their part or their logistic partner's part they start blaming the merchant.
The irony is that they don't have any escalation system.
You can't raise your issue when those dumb...

I have received the damaged product. I have order the mixer grinder online but got the faulty product. The blades of mixer grinder are not sharp. We have purchased samsung 40j5100 40' full hd slim led tv on 16/07/2016, vide bill no 95347694.
But after just 6 months, in dec 2016, we started experiencing picture problem.
When we contacted samsung customer care, they informed that this is mother board problem, & parts is not available within india
