I ordered a mobile and when I received I found that quality is not up to the mark. I raised return request and it was successfully logged. But I haven't received any call or mail and no one came to pick up the product. I ordered a tshirt from shopclues value with cod rs.462. They sent the wrong colour. On complaining several times through phone and emails they asked me to shipped the product to a address, provided by them. They wrote that the shipping charges will be refunded. Next they sent me the replacement after few days. But guess what the same tshirt. I was really annoyed and i mailed them and told them that i will destroy the item as i dont like...

Myself krimal recently i have ordered gionee mobile from shopclues with prepayment of worth rs. 17499/- on 30th april, 2017

My order no is[protected]. Now i no longer needed that product so i have cancel my order without receiving product.

Order has been cancelled but i havent got my money back till date. It's 15 days now and an fade up with waiting. I have contacted to customer care they are saying wait till...

Today, I received my Redmi Note 4 package from Shopclues. I found the seal on the box broken and inside it was sitting a 'Ghadi' detergent soap (worth Rs.10) instead of the mobile phone.

I also found another victim of this similar scandal. Do not know how many more on the way.

I ordered a tower fan through shopclue (Order number is [protected]). It was delivered on 04/april/2017. The product was deffective after checking, so i filed return request in the same day. But so far noone has come to take the product. I spoke with customer care executive atlest 6 times. No action has been taken so far.. My number is [protected].

This is worst experience with Shopclues. I received this product (Order ID-[[protected]]) on 8th may 2017. This product is damaged and not working. I have called to shop clues customer care many times. But they didn't give any satisfied answer. They gave me meaningless suggestion. As they guys are fraud, they show the different product and delivered us a different product. After that there is a policy that i can return the product with in 10 days of delivery but when i give a request to the company for return of my product that after 2 days of request they guys rejected my request for return. My whole money gets wasted just because of their fake policies....

I have purchased a 40 inch led tv from shopclues on 24 apr 17. It was delivered on 05 may 17. After receiving, i have cheked and found that screen of tv was fully damaged. On 05 may 17, i filled a return request but shopclues care is misguiding me that no courier partners to pickup.. You send this item.. We will pay upto 300 charge. I have cheked charge from bluedart and dtdc.. The charge is approx 7000 rs.... Now no reply from shopclues...
