I had registered an online complaint with complaint number 1429238 on 12th Of May 2019 and followed up with customer support after every 4-5 days but they could not solve me request and my money has not been returned...

This complaint is regarding the savings account opening procedure in sbi, Irinjalakuda branch Branch Code (008618), Thrissur Kerala.

We have submitted all the necessary documents along with application form and it has been already 23 days, none of the staff is taking responsibility in expediting the request.

We need this account to get opened in another one week.

My refund is not received in my account i orderd a shoes from amazon online shopping they provide me a reference id no. 712695 (transaction no.) so kindy give my money. I am facing problem from 1 month locate with this trasaction id.
