I am totally disappointed of your service
The restaurant can easily change my order and reduce the quantity without my concern...

I made the payment online for this order before delivery.
I was not around when it got delivered.

Swiggy has not sent me invoice for my orders rather it has given only order summary and for some orders even if have received invoices the total amount is much different from the amount I actually paid....

1. They just had one item available in stock which is okay, 2. They let me place the entire order of ₹440 and after the payment was done and order was placed, they said that all the delivery partners were busy and they can’t deliver my order at the moment. I have made a order from swiggy on 23 Jul 2023, at 9:53 PM from Pizza Hut restaurant. As pizza hut is a known brand i had a confidence that the food quality will be appropriate and they will maintain it as well.
