Today on 19th of may on 9:14 pm i made a order on the swiggy app and in 2 minutes of time my order got conformed from the restaurant. It was shown that i will receive my order in 56 minutes. After waiting for around 2 hours of time i made a call to swiggy customer support and they told me that they have assigned a delivery executive and my food will be delivered to me. I ordered lunch at 1.15 pm on 19-may-2018.
I was assured that the order will be delivered in 24 minutes.

However the order was delivered at 2.03 pm!

The swiggy representative did not have the courtesy to say sorry but was complaining that he had difficulty reaching my home!

To add problem, the packing was torn, food all over the place, papad completely...

I ordered food from swiggy paid them in advance delivery boy came and just called me once.
I was in office so was a bit late in checking the phone they cancelled the order and also charged me cancellation fees of 75 rs.
It happened for the first time i have placed a lot of order from swiggy in past but this is the first time it happened.
Got no help from customer service they said no straight away and was rude to someone...

I used to trust swiggy on their refunds for order cancelled due to various reasons. But for the past couple of weeks i was noticing i was not getting the money back, there were 3 different orders for which there was no refunds and when contacted swiggy cc, they hadn't initiated the refund till i contacted, 2 order refund initiated, 3rd order no help and swiggy says they cannot do anything abt it.

There is always a problem with swiggy delivery. I ordered an hour and 10 mins ago and it still is cooking. Also the customer care person was so relaxed about it even though it far beyond given time. It’s night and i was hungry and sleepy. Now i’m stuck waiting for the food. The customer are people are just looking to end the chat, one moment you are not there and they end. Usually. I received sms and mails to get 33% discount by using the code jaipur33

When i placed the order, the coupon window didnot show. When had a chat with swiggy representative, they said the rs. 100 discount is pplicable for first three orders in jaipur and will be calculated automatically.

However no discount was given on bill....

I had ordered 4 bottles of shakes from ccd, however, only two bottles were delivered. The same is confirmed by swiggy invoice also.

I have placed an order from [protected]@twist at 2:54 pm, and i was suppose to get my food delivered within 35 minutes. After the time period, when i called the delivery executive he was not able to locate the address and asked for few minutes of time. After giving him repeated directions, still he couldn't understand and locate the address. On 6th may i ordered some food from swiggy and i paid the amount by my debit card, after 1 hour they called and said that items are not available so that they cant deliver the food. After that i cancelled the order and they promised me to refund my amount within 2-3 working days. Today is 11th may and i am still waiting for money, its not credited into my bank. I can give the title of the worst food delivery app to SWIGGY. I don't understand why do you guys provide customer support when you don't know the meaning of it. I have ordered chilli panner from abhiraj restaurant via swiggy order #[protected] dated[protected]. The quality of chilli paneer was not good. Paneer was hard and was not good in taste. When i tried to contact swiggy support the reply was like; we can't do anything and will try to deliver you good quality product in future. After paying full amount, i should get a good quality product which was not happened in this case.

I have ordered food from swiggy at 11.29 p. M, i never got delivery for 1 hour though i got a message saying i will get in 40 mins. Order was confirmed and picked up but the delivery boy didn't come to the house location. He hasn't been properly communicating over the calls too. When i approached customer care, they told they couldn't contact delivery executive too and cancelled my order with refund in 5-7 days. This is seriously pathetic....

Mr parasuram delivery boy of swiggy wrongly delivered my order to someone and not accepting his mistake. When we asked to get back my food he refused to do so though i have paid the bill in full by advance through net banking. The said ideat speaking wiht us rudely. Please remove him immedately, if he comes to our building again he has to face problem. Right now iam complaining to police as i have lost my hard earned money....

Your order #[protected] has been cancelled unavailability of item (S)... Just track the order and you will seen the fun. I just suggest that remove that restaurant rainforest form swiggy website.
After reaching delivery boy, above restaurant said that items not available... Is that a joke happening at night's 11 pm. I again say that rainforest has to be restricted from swiggy....
