And on[protected] amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. I ordered a mobile phone from Amazon on 29/06/2020 worth Rs10999/- but I cancelled the order before it was dispatched due to some reason.i made online payment via debit card.since then 14 days has passed but I didn't receive the refund.i called to Amazon customer care and they replied that they had already processed the refund on the same day i.e29/06/2020.they (Amazon) provided me a reference no.and asked me to contact Bank customer care...

Refund not received from bank

Self has submitted cheque book request on 15th june-2020 against account no [protected]. I have been advised to collect after 15 days then i make inquiry to cash withdraw, cash is not available.

Again today i visited bank branch hasanpur depo delhi, i got same answer still 15 days required. Long waiting line is out side and bank employees are chatting on mobile by putting curtain out side in name of social distance but...

Refund not reflected

I orders amazon prime on 27 th june but due to some reason it got cancelled and i was charged. Amazon initiated my refund process and it should have taken till july 3 but i dint recieve my money so when i spoke with amazon they told they have already refuned and gave me refrence number when i called syndicate customer care they did not respond properly and said we will update speak to higher officials but nothing useful.
