Worst service and product

I purchased tata safari on 10th feb and having lots of issues on the product and its the worst vehicle i have ever seen. Worst dealer at Raigarh CG SS Cars. Owner dont share his number and employee says that if we will give his number then he will kick us out of job. Ask company to resolve my problem as fast as you can. Take my car back and refund my money....

Delivery issues with Tata Punch

I have booked Tata punch on 9 December 2021 at SRTranzcars, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. They assured me to deliver it in 2 months. Already It's been 4 months.

My car is not even billed, there is no proper update from the dealers side.

Along with my association friends, we planned to go for a mass booking cancellation from Tata.

6 month Delay in delivery of Nexon XMA

I booked one TATA Nexon XMA Petrol Daytona Grey (Originally booked XE petrol but later changed the variant) on 24th Sept, 2021 from Tata Motors Cars Showroom - Shivam Automotive, TP Nagar, Korba, Chhattisgarh. Unable to deliver car

Hi I have booked tata altroz XM+ car on 30 January 2022 from unity motors kolhapur in my first visit to showroom only.I have asked to change altroz model from xm+ to XT on 7th Feb 2022.
We wanted our car on gudipadwa festival and also convey same to tata motors.
In first visits sales person says us if we place order early it will come in February month only.So we trusted and waited.
We have visited showroom on every weekend...

Defective vehicle supply

From multitec motors faridabad, on dated 08.03.2022, now this car run only 1200 and its staring make to much sound, i send this car for service and tell to advisor about this now advisor check this sound and tolled me that he has generate a quarry for this problem when he recieved response from tata motoers then he solve that problem .

4) gear problem when car is put in rear gear it shows it is in neutral
if we have problem with engine in 10500 Km what will happen after one year the repair cost will be higher ....

Delivery issues with Tata Nexon

I had booked Tata Nexon XZA+(S) on 2nd Jan 22, however, there is no visibility of delivery yet. Now the dealer is saying that Tata has discontinued this model and I will have to go for its replacement model which is XZA+(HS) with a higher price. Why shall I pay the higher price? Why did they take the booking if the above model was going to be discontinued?...

I had bought a Tata altroz XE (MH20FY 0763)from saniya motors Aurangabad, Maharshtra in November 2021, The car meet with an accident and was declared TOTAL LOSS, fortunately no one was harmed in the accident, So getting impressed with the built quality i again booked the same car from the same showroom mentioned above.
Meanwhile after booking a new car,
the earlier accidented car which was parked in Service center of Saniya...

Tata Punch booked at October 18th. Still not delivered.

1) Booked on October 18th. Initial delivering date is 6weeks.
2) As per mail multiple delivery dates are changed and still no guarantee in delivery date.
3) I strongly feel, cars are delivering as per their preferences and recommendations, not as per booking.

Car brake bounceback after first service

Hi,
I had bought Tata punch AMT before 2 months. The car condition was good. Th brake and wheels were proper. When I presses the brake, it was not used to bounce back .it was just stopping.

I got the first service done from Yash Motors Naranpura, ahmedabad on 15th March and after that I'm facing very weird issue. When the car is running in smooth road, then also I can feel more that the back tyres' movement. It's not...

Hypothecation correction required and multiple issues with dealer.

I have bought Harrier XZ+ new dark edition in first week of Sept 2021 from Go Auto Pvt Ltd, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi.
There are multiple issues I have faced with this dealer. For sales target they did multiple things wrong.

1) First issue was, on delivery day when we went to dealership, dealer was giving test ride to others on my allotted car.
2) they gave me back dated invoice, even payment was done by bank...
