Respected sir,
My car's silencer broke while it was running. When we returned to Ahmedabad from Vadagam with my family, it's 90km away from Ahmedabad and the time was approximately 7:00 PM .
No tata workshop near this place, for a temporary solution and reach to Ahmedabad...

I am writing this to inform delay in delivery of the Tata Altroz car that I have booked on[protected] in Schakralaya Motors Villupuram - TamilNadu.

I have been informed that the delivery will be made in 10 to 15 days but it doesn't seem to happen. Kindly take this as my formal complaint. Below the required details

I purchase my new Tiago NRG Car on 07/10/2021, but after use of new car I get below mentioned defects in new car which is manufacturing defect and this car should be returned and I supposed to get new car or my money should be refunded.

In my car, boot top cover (boot lid) was not installed and all the wirings were visible.

I received my Tata Nexon XZ+ O Dark Edition on October 18 2021 from Lexican Motors, Siliguri and still have not received Dark Merchandise which others dark owners are receiving. I was suppose to get the delivery on 15th November, now they denied the delivery. They are saying the is no anymore manufacturing in the plant. This is so pathetic and unprofessional. I took my car Tata Hexa Xt manual(registration number WB06P5101)for paid servicing at Dulichand motors workshop which is an authorised Tata motors workshop in Kolkata. They charged me a hefty bill close to ₹15, 725.00. Few jobs mentioned in the invoice were not discussed with me beforehand but were included in the final payment invoice. Many people have advised me not to visit this workshop as they cheat customers but as a loyal Tata customer...

Tata - where are your ethics when it comes to spares parts like CNG regulator price cost 20 % of cars price

I am very gratitude as having a TATA car, but I am now very disappointed.I have been using a tata tiago xz+ and it crossed around 28000km in two years. Now 3 tyres in my car completely worn out and can't run with this tyre atleast any more. I suspicious about the quality of tyres, is just below 30000km is very pathetic and unburden for a customer to replace such a short period....

I booked Tiago NRGA from Select cars, Chandanagar, Hyderabad on 13th September. They promised to deliver by 7th 0ctober. But till today ( November 3rd) there is no delivery happened. They are not confirming any date also. Please help.

I went to service of my car at apex motors sangrama there the technician told me that your rear twist beam is cracked... He admitted that this is companies manufacturing fault as they are continuously receiving same issues with tata cars.. When I contacted the manager he told they can only provide me 5 percent discount and labour charge but please tell me if this is fault of company why they are giving me only 5 percent concession please...

I have booked a Tata Nexon from Motogen Tata Motors showroom in Dhanbad. The booking was done on 22/08/2021. While booking the order the showroom persons gave commitment that the car will be delivered within 45 days. But still after 73 days of booking there is no confirmation when the vehicle will be made available.
The issue was raised with GM then he said vehicle will be delivered by 1 st week of November, but...
