I have vooked the Nexon Ev on August 29, 2021 from Puneet automobiles, prabhadevi, Mumbai, the commitment period given was of 60days, but till now i haven't received the delivery. now they are saying it will take 1 more month.

Don't know what to do.

Hi, while booking altroz xz iturbo, they promised me that semi-digital instrument cluster will be provided. But when vehicle arrived to warehouse, it's completely analogue. Also vehicle kept fully dirty there. Once vehicle is cleaned need to check other features too. Your sales person also not very attentive, no idea about technical. People believe in Tata but your employees doesn't keep promises & commitments....

I have booked tata Nexon EV on August 2021 under the promise ofcar delivery by 10 September 2021.but now its end of November yet no response form showroom. Even the sales people were so rude and give answers like we didn't aksed you to book car or we are not manufacturing cars. So fed up of this behaviour....

Tata Motors — Poor service by Tata motors

Reporting last 2 months problems in steering it's not functioning properly Lag in while truning to right or left and more free play still they not resolved by Tata Motors....

I own a Tata Nexon. Driver side seat belt of my vehicle got stuck on the way during my trip to Lucknow on 30.10.2021. I had to drive on expressway without seat belt.
I went to TATA service center in Lucknow for replacement of the seat belt but it was not available there.

I have booked Nexon XZ+ petrol on 10th August at Panchjanya Automobiles Bhosari Pune. Now it's more than 3 months and dealer is giving different reasons every time I ask them about delivery.
In First 2 months they said Semiconductor shortage, 3rd month they said particular color and model is getting delayed by tata motors. Now they said billing not started yet by Tata motors.

My previous Mahindra car was exchanged on 28th October after listening to the delivery promises and Harrier was allotted on 2nd November 2021. I don't know the cause for delay of delivery.

Tiago music system stopped working suddenly, many people have same issues and the temporary fix to remove battery cable is not helping. The dealer simply says to replace entire music system box which is very costly. Such a shame that company like tata is making poor products....

My car's silencer broke while it was running. When we returned to Ahmedabad from Vadagam with my family, it's 90km away from Ahmedabad and the time was approximately 7:00 PM .
No tata workshop near this place, for a temporary solution and reach to Ahmedabad...
