In spite of HD subscription not allowing me access to new HD channel

I have both sports package and HD subscription. Still Tata sky not giving me access to new two sports channels called 'Star sports select HD 1&2'. When I call the toll free number they say I have to pay extra for each of the channels. This is pure cheating from tata sky point of view as they say on thier website with HD subscription we should get these channels....

We are unable to watch any channel on TV. spoke to tatasky people many times. Online chated with Chandana K today. They refuse to send a field technician to fix the issue. This is going on for 2 weeks. We have our dues paid till Dec, so no problems with payment. But all that money is a waste because we cannot receive the services. Called them, sent online msg, wasted a lot of time, but they refuse to send someone to fix it. Horrible customer...

Unilateral deactivation of all my tata sky accounts

Tata sky have deactivated my total account and also closed my account unilaterally even after i have successfully paid all my dues upto date and also in advance.
even my internet accout is suspended. I have depsited 15500/- towards subscription for 2 year starting from 2016 to 2018

Tata sky people on phone we have specifically said to diactivate add on connection but today they have deacttivated the entire Tata sky services...

Technician creating trouble in Manjeera Diamond Tower

Hi Team,

We are residents of Manjeera Diamond Towers, Gopanpally, Hyderabad. Whenever anybody is raising complaint for signal issues, the technician is coming and rectifying the problem but at the same time he is purposefully disturbing the connections of other flats. This has happened multiple times.

Our registered mobile number is [protected] and today he came to rectify the problem for other flat and disconnected...

Package complaint

These tata sky people are simply fraud and very cunning people .I wanted to drop off active smart games and English movies pack and called them for the same foe nearly four hours and they are not ready to neither drop not now they are receiving my call when I chose an option for talking to the associate regarding the same...if I do not get a call for my drop off issue within 24 hours or if I did not get my demand fulfilled m gonna unsubscribe...

About Deducting 300 Money wrongly & not giving back.

I have file a complaint regarding no signal coming on screen on date 18.10.2016 and on 19.10.2016 technician came and changed only connector of dish . but he said he changed lnb in tatasky office & they deducted my 300 rs. they previously told me no visiting charges to you because of waranty period but they also deducted for that. this is very bad for a company making a false thing & deducting money. & customer care also supporting to them...

Talked thrice to helpline number but no services obtained recharged as soon as the services were disconnected but my servises were not resumed mr basha from 1st two calls was asking me to wait for 1 hr 40 mins to get services resumed no one is cooperative thy disconnect call saying i used abusive language youll can check the recording pathetic services from tata sky helpline even asked for refund of my recharge amount but no one is cooperating...

Urgent Payment Reminder on the last day

Tata Sky gives an Urgent Payment Reminder across the TV screen on the last day making one viewing TV very difficult two makes us feel as if we are defaulters three insults us infront of guests.

This should be stopped immediately as there is already a reminder at the footer of the screen three days before.

Upgraded my Normal Tata Sky to HD - id 1040079988

1) I upgraded my normal tata sky into HD tata sky and team and condition of tatasky is to provide the Free HD channal subscription for one year but presently I am not getting the said condition. Kindly provide the said terms and condition.
2) Telugu channel is activated kindly deactivate Telugu channels & English channels.
3) Convert all double activated channels into single one....

Increase in the monthly fee without prior intimation

I had purchased tata sky connection at rs 351 monthly fee against subscriber id [protected]. the tata sky has been regularly increasing the monthly fee without prior intimation. i do not understand why they are increasing the fee without informing to the customers. i feel highly dissatisfied with the service and have decided to disconnect the services by the end of this month.

Rate increase by rs.20/ and rs30/ every 3 to 6 month

Problem with tata sky

I am viewing tata sky for the last 5 years. Since march after every 2 months we are unable to view t v because of some fault & company charges rs 200 as visiting fee.in june my remote was not working they charged rs 200 as cost of new remote & further rs 200 as visit charges which is totally a wrong trade practice. Annual recharge not done despite full payment

Yesterday I logged in & paid the full amount of Rs. 4, 345/- towards annual renewal of existing pack. This is the amount displayed on the Tata Sky website towards annual renewal.
Today I one of their reps called to say that our a/c will not be renewed since we have not paid the full amount.

Channels not receiving as per package opted

Charges levied incorrectly, false commitment

I'd called tata sky on 14 Oct to book a new connection and move an existing one within the same unit to a different floor, I was told there will be a flat charge of ₹999 only and an additional rate at which the wire will be charged should there be more than 10 metres that is being used.
