Not getting for what is being charged

I am unable to view some channels like DD Rajya sabha TV, WOW Cinema, R Vision, Enterr10, Movies, Cinema TV, which are a part of my base package. Call center people say the visit would be chargeable. To day your agent imposed javed aktar channel which is not required by us. Stop immediately. We have no time to watch all these channels. I am staying alone in the house. Hence do not required any additional channels. I f the channel not revert i am going to dis connet your tata sky channel it will be complained in consumer form. No free channel required.

Erroneous in Tata Sky DTH service.

Sir,
I have already submitted my Tata Sky DTH service subscription till 12 October 2017. However, a message of "Payment Due" frequently appear on the TV screen, which disturb in viewing the TV programme. This may kindly be looked into and necessary action may please be taken in removing the disturbing messages.

Purchased tatasky set up box on 09.10.2016. Installation provided by tatasky. Due to poor installation we are not able to view the services. The signals lost in every alternate days. Tata sky representative visited and told us for proper installation they need to do more wiring and do the drilling in windows for laying wires. Unable to view my Tatasky Dhammal Pack

I am posted as General Manager, District Industries Centre, Tamenglong, Govt. of Manipur. When I came back home today, I could not see the channel under Dhammal Pack. I came to know that there was a little balance of Rs. 7/- and as such, I recharged Rs. 1000/- as a part payment of annual pack of Rs. 3135/-. The balance amount shall be credited by Monday.

Misguidance about free HD services

Worst service delivery

Surrender of multi tv hd pvr box
