I have not subscribed ACTIVE FITNESS Channel. TATA SKY has deducted Rs. 59/- after telephonic conversation. I have denied the service of this channel but it is imposed. I request you deactivate the service and refund Rs. 59/-. Please also do something for the clarity of other channels....

My self Prashant Ghadge and I m subscriber of Tata sky DTH service more than 2 years, and my ID is [protected].
Yesterday I called up on customer care number [protected] at 03.45 pm, for package change and customer representative Jyoti pick up the call. So for communication I preferred language Hindi to talk to her, when i ask her to change my pack from previous one, she refuse to talk to me Hindi and rudely said to me that, i not comfortable...

Speaking to customer care executive not able to raise the complaint and even after discussed not able to give compliant to disconnection. customer care executive executive so rude not ready to take the complaint and there is no escalation matrix for complaint...

I been looking for installation of New TATA Sky connection for our office, since 6th of October 2016 where in executive at customer care do not give correct information/ they hang up your call in between the correspondence/ you try calling back they will just put you every now and then on call/ the executive them selves generate the lead no and when called back for confirmation they don;t know whats the lead no.

Since last two days there is no connection. 'no signal' is displayed on tv since day before yesterday's storm.
The complaints telephone numbers of tata sky are not reachable and i can not lodge complaints.
I now expect tata sky to take immediate steps to rectify the fault.

Secondly, i am very much disturbed due to tata sky's unilateral decision of increasing the monthly charges...

This is with reference to change of semi annual subscription to monthly package for three Add-On Packs as these packages are not watched so frequently by family members.

1 - English Business News (Semi Annual) - Rs. 200
2 - Knowledge (Semi Annual) - Rs. 285
3 - Hindi News (Semi Annual) - Annual) - Rs. 255

Since these packages are not of much use I wanted to change the subscription...

I placed a relocation request on 30th September 2016 and uninstalled the DTH from my old house. Tata sky technician can home next day and said he need to get some receiver to install. I have many a times informed/requested the executives that i have only one set of box and the executives are not understanding it. I have paid the bill on 22nd of sept, 2016 and on 6th oct, 2016, i have again got the bill for two set of box which is not there. My first set of box was not working and the technical person from tatasky replaced it with new one. Thats it.

Not giving proper service

I had booked a complaint of setup box replacement as fulfilled term and conditions of tatasky dth service provider 5 day before as all complains resolving time is 24 hrs but they didn't done till 5 day, and when i called them they tell lies to me and said that we will resolve your problem only in 2 hrs. I ordered for set top box replacement in August 2016 just few days after making Annual Subscription to my account. The technician who visited my house set up a new set top box and i paid him Rs. 1, 300 in total (Including Previous visiting charges). At that time your technician did not inform me that instead of just replacing my set top box, he was adding multi TV connection to my account. But i ONLY have ONE TV at my house.

I got tata sky connection a year ago and a new multitv connection last month. On both connections, i have had problems of weak signal and signal dropping from day one!! Whenever i called their customer service, all they asked me to do is a master reset. On the first connection, i have had signal problems. They never sent a technician to check when the unit was in warranty. Now that the unit is more than a year old, they say they want to to...
