There are no anime in tatasky but are there in digiana kids we also want such support from you or we have to change our sevice provider...

My name is "amarjit singh" with tatasky id [protected] whereas tata sky has wrongly saved my name as"amrit singh" in their records. I have tried many times to edit my name through app but of no use. Calling on your helplines for same complaint has also not worked out. Kindly direct tata sky to correct spelling of my name. May please be corrected as soon as possible....

My tata sky set top box has been under technical issue for more than 4 months. It says 'your set top box need to be paired. Call customer care if the problem persists.' i have been trying to call the customer care ever since. There is no response from the team....

Not receiving any programme. . Set Top Box is receiving 'Power' but constantly the T V Screen shows it is not working due to weather conditions. Agree this is the monsoon season but it does not receive the signal even when the weather clears . Definetly ther is some fault which needs to be looked into and your immediate response will be highly appreciated .Last 24 hours no programme has been received .This complaint is of an individual household...

I want recharge for 1*9 this account. But i wrongly recharge my old takasky id number with old rmn number with rs248. That old number also mine but the point is that id is currently unavailable, that is not my recently used id... I just collapse with that number and recharge wringly.. So please please kindly help me to get the money......

The help screen only shows box id. It does not show subscriber id. And rmn shows a subscriber id which did not work for the box. There is not customer service number for tatasky that can resolve this issue hanging customers clueless and helpless. What a shame!...
