fraud people not responding properly

I am having sufficient balance payment due error message on my tv screen showing from 2 days I am contacting customer care centre is useless not responding properly simply giving wrong information I am having 2484 amount let them refund my amount when they cannot solve problem...

Correction of spelling mistake in name by tata sky

My name is "amarjit singh" with tatasky id [protected] whereas tata sky has wrongly saved my name as"amrit singh" in their records. I have tried many times to edit my name through app but of no use. Calling on your helplines for same complaint has also not worked out. Kindly direct tata sky to correct spelling of my name. May please be corrected as soon as possible....

Tata sky gift voucher

I have raised two request in the last 20 days for the same issue and both have been closed without providing any resolution

My compliant is that tata cliq voucher for 1750 was given to me which was valid till 30th june. It has been confirmed by the customer care executive that on june 30th the website / link on the voucher was not working from ur side.

From 7th July the set top box was not working so I called customer service they send the executive at my place to check the issue without checking he confirmed that set top box need to be replaced for which u need to pay Rs. 400/-. frequent stoppage of transmission of tv broadcast

My tata sky set top box has been under technical issue for more than 4 months. It says 'your set top box need to be paired. Call customer care if the problem persists.' i have been trying to call the customer care ever since. There is no response from the team....

Wrong recharge-reg.

I want recharge for 1*9 this account. But i wrongly recharge my old takasky id number with old rmn number with rs248. That old number also mine but the point is that id is currently unavailable, that is not my recently used id... I just collapse with that number and recharge wringly.. So please please kindly help me to get the money......

I cannot find subscriber id using the set top box.

The help screen only shows box id. It does not show subscriber id. And rmn shows a subscriber id which did not work for the box. There is not customer service number for tatasky that can resolve this issue hanging customers clueless and helpless. What a shame!...
