Undelivered item

3 days back i purchased an app for rupees 30 from google play store. The original price of the app was 70 rupees after applying the 40 rupees google discount i got the app for 30 rupees. I brought the app, money was deducted and yet i didn't get to 3 install the app....

This is the wrong card for this set top box. Pairing error. It is d properly not having any balance problem in tatasky just pairing error since three days....

some hd channels not working, and for every customer care call they are charging 150 rupees but the issue is not resolved.

I'm paying total monthly bill for my tatasky connection, but not able to take all the benefits for the same. Some hd channels shows zero signal strength every 1 or 2 days and also when i call customer care they are charging 150 rupees for every call withoutany resolution, this happened 4 to 5 times with me, very pathetic service from tatasky even when i'm paying full amount for services.
Also i'm tatasky customer from many years. Now...

Tv shows no signal

My digicom no is[protected]. Whenever i switch on tv it shows no signal. I contacted the customer care executive but it got disconnected after some time. I tried complaining on whatsapp but i am getting standard reply.

Unethical behaviour

The company's service went out on 27 may 2020, and they were supposed to attend to it on 28 may. Since then, they have constantly lied about providing technical assistance, no technician has visited, and they don't answer calls or respond in any way.

Please stay as far away from their service as possible, and use any alternative service provider....

Tata Sky No signal after amphan

Dear sir,
I have reported the issue of no signal in my set top box on 28th may 2020 and today is 10th june 2020, still no one has come to attend the work order generated. On calling daily the customer representative says we are sorry for the trouble and will escalate the issue to senior and your problem will be resolved very soon. But in vain no one reverted back.

getting pairing error

I am getting error while start my tatasky after 2 months. I tried to restart setup box but it is not working. Also, tried to remove digicard and insert again, but not working.
"this is wrong card for this set of box"...

no tata sky service given after disruption due to cyclone for 3 weeks

There was amphan cyclone in kolkata on 20/5/2020 following which the tata sky service got disrupted.. It took one week time when they cam to our society to correct it. But even after that the network was not resumed in my house. Following that i contacted on their service provider on 28/5/2020 and he concluded that the problem is in tata sky box. He asked me to call at customer care and register complaints for the same. I promptly did so....

My payment got successful from paytm but tata sky did not updated in my account

Good afternoon Sir,

With due respect I want to state that I have done a transaction via Paytm for my Tata Sky dish of Rs.393 of Subs Id- [protected]. I did my transaction on 17th may and transaction went succesfull but the amount does'nt reached my tata sky dish. I have talked to customer care of paytm and of tata Sky both of them again and again either putting the blame on each other or saying to contact after 3-5 days again...

The service standards are really bad

Hi sir/madam,

I have subscription with tatasky and facing issue with customer care and it is not getting installed. I have loaded 300rs into the account twice in the past and even though it was not installed, they would cut the amount on daily basis and technicians simply wouldn't come to install. They would say i have requested for postponing it even though i haven't done any such request. I lost 600rs over two...
