I have a tata sky broadband connextion since march and then this month i relocated to a new place wherein 5here are services of tata sky broadband available. But whenever i call or raise request for relocation of broadband customer service says that location is not feasible for our service however when i am inquiring about a new connection from a different contact no they are saying that services are available which is just way of fetching...

Tata sky gifted us a fire stick which we didn't want saying its complimentary. They've been billing us a subscription ever since and we've not used the product or watched anything on it. For months we've been charged for a service we've not used. We called and asked them to take back their device n stop billing us. Instead of giving us a refund for a complimentary device we didn't ask for. They've charged us enough subscription to have purchased...

Hi..

Pls note that my Tata Sky Sett off Box is not working since 21st May 2020, i had raised complain with Tata Sky.But still by problem is not solved.They are raising the Work Order no and after some days they themself closing the same saying that your Work order is completed.
So i request you to kind look into the matter & do the needful.

tata sky recharged successfully but amount not added in my tata sky account

I spoke with 5 persons in customer care. They are repeated the same again and again without gone through my email. Everyone says the amount credited in tata account but not allocated to my account and will check internally, will be resolved 24 hours. I have still not received a resolution. Todayis again my due... They expect me to recharge again during this pandemic situation. I am frustrated. Whom should i escalate. I am yet to apply the...

tata sky broadband connection shifting

Address:Flat no 547 plam groves Apartment, Marsur Village, Chandapura, Bangalore Karnataka 562106

I am using tata sky broadband internet service since 8 months. Recently i have shifted to new flat in same apartment. I want to shift my broadband connection to new flat. I have raised request for shifting on 14th of jun 2020. As per tata sky service provider it will get shifted in 48 hours.
But it's more than 11 days my connection is not shifted.
I have called many times to customer care executive they are giving promise that...

is already reported I was never provided with Amazon fire stick in the first place and but our you continue to charge me for Tata beings which is ridiculous.

Now a technician is calling me to say that he is coming there to take back the fire stick which I don't have....

deactivation of tata sky services due to mistake of tata sky executive.

My tata sky id is [protected]. I registered a compliant with tata sky to replace my set top box as it was not functioning properly. The tata sky executive came on 15th jun'20 and informed us that service charge of 150 will be levied. As our balance was less, he informed to recharge with 1000. Out of this rs. 1000, 150 will be deducted as a part of service charges and we received an sms from tata sky stating the next recharge date as 20 oct'20....

I think it's about time for me to elevate the complaint. I keep receiving calls of promises and commitments of the resolving the issue ever since its been reported and that’s about nearly 3 months ago. It wasn’t a big fuss for me when first reported for not receiving allotted speed of 32 mbps. Covid 19 made me work from home and i would have liked to receive 32 mbps rather than 19-20 mbps speed.
