I was not using my tata sky for quite a while. However i got it recharged yesterday, technician came and everything went good. Now today, the box shows, "standby". And tv shows "no signal". I called up the technician and he says, box would be changed. I think there's a whole lot of scam going on, as i've read about this issue earlier also, where the company put your box on standby mode, and then ask you to replace the box with a new one and...

I am new user of tata sky and seeing the offer of free firestick with new connection i choosed tata sky and subscribed the services. But later to my surprise company is not delivering me firestick and giving me multiple lame excuses.

This is all a fraud advertising. Kindly look into the issue....

On 5th june my tatasky digi card damaged. 6th pm hrs i had given given complaint through chat section tatasky.
On 7th morning around 1100 hours tata sky technician visited home and replaced the digi card. But not paired with set top box. He went without pairing. He told us his office will pair it within 30 minutes. But it's not happened. Same day evening i called him.. He assured pairing will be done in 24 hours.

Hi team,

Even after subscribed to telugu regular pack some of the channels (Gemini tv, maa tv and e tv) are not playing in my tata sky ([protected]).

I did raise query with tata sky but no one bother to fix this or no online service options have this point to discuss.

I have done two recharges of rs.380/- on 21st april 2020 and other rs.450/- on 20th june 2020. Both the amount got debited from my bank account but did not got credited in my account of tata sky account. On 2, December 2019, I made an on-line payment of Rs976 to Tata-Sky through www.inditab.com for monthly recharging of our TV . This payment was made through Netbanking of SBI, BHEL R&D, Vikasnagar, Hyderabad. The money was deducted from my SBI Account. I am enclosing my Bank statement for your reference.

However, TATA SKY said they have not recieved the amount and hence warned us of disconnection of their service . Fearing...

Upon registering a complaint with the help line, i was told that the pin code 110088 is in a highly containment zone and hence the visit can be delayed. Absolutely fine, though on monday, 29th june, there was a tata sky visit that has happened for the installation of the tata sky binge and at that time the zone wasn't contained....
