Hi,
I had couriered my laptop through professional courier but at delivery point when it was opened, it was completely damaged and it was my office laptop and they are asking me to pay for the damage .

I need compensation for this...

After reached to Kolkatta I could see My Parcel Moving Through Surface. What about the payment? I paid for Air and why the service change?

I have applied for PRAN card and the card is despatched by NSDL, Mumbai on 15th December 2021 via Professional courier with AWB no: VPL[protected] which needs to be delivered about a month ago but it not delivered yet. When enquired with Professional couriers, Visakhapatnam they are not responding to any complaint and they are saying they are not responsible for it and do what u can. Customer care...

Professional couriers didn't deliver to home address instead need to collect from their office which is in fact difficult than to collect the parcel from original sender. My home is in an area where most of the courier services provides delivery

I do not understand why do '"The professional courier" offer to provide courier service for an area where they cannot deliver.

Customer service executives also do not...

Delivery is bit being made at home and even when asked to pickup the delivery didn't mention anything about delivery charge...

This complaint i am writing regarding product which is not delivering to the address or alternative address, One time i travelled 25km and collected my product which is not correct.

I requested courier office to deliver the product to alternative address which is 200m distance from courier office still they denied and rood behavior with customer which is very wrong.

My parcel despatched from bengaluru on[protected] and yet today i didn't received my parcel. I try to contact with the nearest branch but no one answer correctly after i go to the head office at ahmedabad and they are saying that the parcel didn't received at ahmedabad its only dispatched to ahmedabad. Fraud! Cheater!
I have couriered a parcel by Air on 11th Jan from delhi(paid 1200rs for 5.8kg) and it still not delivered to Pune. They are sending our parcel through train and charging of Air price. Fraud company, not even bother if their customers are satisfied or not.. calling from morning and raised the complaint as well but no response from them.

For the past 17 days that parcel is held up with your end without any valid reason. We never expect from M/s.Professional Couriers. Faced such a bad experience....

My order was put in transit on26/12/2021 and today 15/01/2022. There is no intimation where my order is, for last almost 20 days it’s showing in “Transit “.No one picks up the calls if they pick it then block the number. Reached the nearest office of the professional couriers, the man started arguing with everything that I tried to say or ask.
I’m sick of tracking or tracing my order, need some help.

The consignment is not delivered and holding for four days given below the details everytime its happening I don't know why may be you got pretty bad service at chinar park...
