Before 3 days one call from professional courier ponnamaravathy, ur product is here but no service in ponnamaravathy to v.Pudur, pin:630410, Sivagangai dist.still now didn't receive my product.please notice and solve my problem

I'm doing imitation jewellery business. One of my customer from mumbai kurla booked a parcel to a person named Prabhakaran to ST Courier branch, Kamraj Road, Tiruppur 641606 with the receipient phone no.
Booking no. PRO12414945.
But they returned the parcel back to mumbai.
while I tried for online tracking it showed delivered.
Then I called the Tiruppur Hub and enquired them and then they said it is returned and...

Booked the courier on 11th Dec 2021 (consignment number HYD[protected], the person at pickup point said it will be delivered by 13th Dec 2021. But didn't delivered on time, still it is in transit.

Missed the purpose of the courier now.

Totally wasted my time and money....

The delivery executive was very rude and said ... Collect the parcel from the office he says he can't deliver the parcel and disconnect the call...

Yesterday I was on call for 50 seconds when delivery person kept calling me 4 times . When I attended the call he said why can't you pick the call and said he couldn't deliver it. I asked why and he argued he has other delivers and can't keep waiting for me in bad language. He just cut the call saying get it yourself if want, I won't deliver....

now today 09 dec 2021 they did not deliver our consignment. now they says this consignment have missing....

Thr courier has sent from palacode, tamilnadu on 25/11/21 To Pune, Maharastra. Till today 9/12/21 the recieptent didn't recieved the courier.courier plan is about 3 to 4 days.while asking to the certain employee their is worst response and shouting to the customer....

My package dated 4th dec, 2021 haven't reached the destination yet. You promied us to get it delivered by 6th dec 2021 and still status shows one location from past 2 days. i am worried abt my package and if anythn goes wrong. I shoudnt have opted ur service. Ph. No: [protected]...

There is no right response. They are not having money to give Change back to the customer.. If we ask to question regarding changes of money. They ordering us to bring correct money to pay.. After going to office we know the actual money to pay other than how we know the exact amount pay... And blaming us.. Is it the right way to handle the customer.. I need necessary action to take on that two ladies....

22nd Nov 2021 - I have booked the courier (HRD31251276 From Bangalore to Noida) and so far it is not delivered with unknown reason. When I asked Professional Person he also doesn't know why delay!!!

In Professional Portal, last status was updated on 25th Nov (Status - reached Noida) and there after no updates....

I needed the parcel very urgently. I am supposed to use it today. I've been trying all the customer care number and none of it works. I tried to register complaint it keeps showing server error. How am I supposed to contact if none of it works. I should have used other courier service or speed post it would have reached by now. I'm very unhappy with your service. Because of you I have to lose something...

I have submitted my courier on 29/11/2021, the delivery address location from coimbatore to TIRUPUR, four days completed still my courier did not reach my destination location. I contact the customer care they did not pick my call and not responding properly. kindly need your support to reach the destination as soon as possible.

I dropped a consignment on 23.11.2021 from kolkata to Visakhapatnam. The packet is reached in Visakhapatnam on 26.11.2021 but still the packet is not delivered by the courier person in the exact delivery location. Kindly help us. My consignment no is ccu14097427....
